We are honoured to announce a major solo exhibition of new works by internationally acclaimed artist Shen Ming Cun, opening this October at No Naked Walls, Bramley.
This exhibition marks a truly extraordinary moment: Shen Ming Cun will be attending in person – his first visit to the UK in over 25 years. It is a rare and deeply special opportunity to meet the artist behind some of the most evocative and sought-after figurative paintings of our time.
Renowned for his exquisite portraits and interior scenes, Shen Ming Cun’s work captures the rich cultural heritage of the minority tribes of Southern China, including the Miao, Dong, Zhuang and Yao. His paintings are lyrical, dignified, and deeply empathetic – each one a visual poem that honours tradition, craftsmanship, and humanity.
