Richard Knight “Urban Mix” Exhibition opens at NNW Bramley Saturday 17th February

We are looking forward to an exciting programme of exhibitions at our Bramley and Chertsey galleries in 2018, starting with a stunning show ‘Urban Mix’ by Richard Knight opening at No Naked Walls, Bramley on Saturday 17th February between 12 – 4pm. Meet Richard in person at the Private View while he demonstrates his skills painting live in the gallery!

“Capturing a moment of stillness amidst a torrent of movement”
Richard’s paintings are an attempt to capture the perpetually evolving patterns and rhythms of light created by architecture, landscape and people. Richard paints this ‘dance to the music of time’ by fusing observational drawing with colour, texture and pattern, welcoming the viewer to recognise and enjoy his interpretation of the familiar.

ichard was raised on his family farm on the coast of North Cornwall, he left the tractors behind in order to train in graphic design and illustration at Kingston University in the mid 1980s. Richard then spent the next thirty years in the creative industry in London, first as an illustrator and graphic designer, and now as a full-time artist.

The show continues until Saturday 3rd March.

Please contact the gallery info@nonakedwalls.co.uk for an invitation.
