Sculpture

Arbor is a unique, chemically etched, polished copper sculpture inspired by Britain’s native oak
trees. The cylindrical etching features three oaks twisting and turning, limbs intertwined. The colourof the sculpture creates a warm glow lit from within by a single bulb illuminating the copper and casting shadows across the space. Light and shadows form an important part of Olivia’s practice as the interplay between positive and negative space and the shadows created are central to the the paper cut outs she creates.
