Exploring the use of a predominant colour to create a sense of harmony and relaxation from
our everyday. Green, as a colour, subconsciously helps revitalise our mind and body, helping us
balance our emotions, it gives us hope ~ not unlike the simple pleasure of taking a walk in the
natural landscape.
Echoes of the Day– an abstraction of being amongst reeds at the waters edge, ripples gently
peeling out across the water. A quiet period of self-reflection and solitude.
Breaking Calm– the ethereal layers of tone creating a sense of space and distance, perhaps
standing on higher ground looking out across treetops to the horizon, a small break of yellowgreen
on the left creating a sense of exhale, a moment of release bringing an inner-calm.
